Today, compliance is more complex than ever. In a global environment, the legal challenges are constantly growing. This is why we are constantly adapting our processes and systems to the legal framework. In order to emphasize the importance of legal compliance, we have anchored it as a corporate principle: “We comply with applicable law and internal guidelines.” Compliance is therefore an integral part of our corporate culture. We operate a compliance management system that enables you as a customer, business partner or employee of the company to act in accordance with uniform and binding structures. It is important to recognize potential misconduct at an early stage so that our corporate principle can be adhered to. One of the ways we achieve this is by reporting potential compliance violations to us.<\/p>

A compliance violation occurs when applicable law or internal guidelines are violated by or towards our employees in Germany or abroad in the course of their work. Such violations include corruption offenses, competition, antitrust and environmental offenses, data protection violations and accounting, financial and tax offenses. In order to detect and prevent compliance violations, we rely on our employees as well as our customers and business partners. If you notice any signs of a compliance violation, you can report them via various channels. Whichever route you choose, we assure you that every report will be treated in strict confidence – anonymously if you wish.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We have set up an online reporting system as an additional option for reporting compliance violations. All incoming reports are processed by the Compliance department of PreZero Stiftung & Co. KG department. Dr. Margarete von Galen is our external lawyer of trust. You can contact her at any time with information on company and employment-related criminal offenses or administrative offenses. Ms. von Galen will carefully examine your information and forward it to the Compliance department of PreZero Stiftung & Co. KG if there are concrete indications of a compliance violation. As an external lawyer of trust, Ms. von Galen is obliged to maintain confidentiality. She will only pass on your personal data to us with your express consent.<\/p>
